if your father is on Bail then do contest the case strongly have not got the papers in which I could tell that this'll b in your favor appeal is filed when he's found guilty it is the discretion of the court so it would be better if you give strong evidence in lower court after then you have a remedy for high court.

Dear Client,
Your Father was out on bail because it sec. 354A is a bailable offence. However i can safely presume that an evidence was found against your father and the Learned Court below is now inclined to decide the matter and there after rendering judgment against you.
If at all the matter will be decided against your father you can appeal the matter to the appellate court.
Regards.

hello
if the trial is going on and he is out on bail then after the decision you will have to file a criminal appeal before the hc and ask for bail till the disposal of the criminal appeal. yes he can get bail.

If punishment will be held upto below 3 years, you may file a bail application for grant of temporary bail and thereafter you have to file the appeal along with permanent bail application before high court immediately.
