Section 324 case against Divorce Decree

18-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello Sir, I had filed for RCR in malkajiri court on 31-03-2015 and on 29-02-2016 when I had went meet my wife house. His brother had behaved very rudely and did not allow to meet my kids. For which I had a physical fight with him and pushed on the floor. For which his lower back bone had suffering and was in bed rest for 3 months. Now, My wife had filed FIR with section 324. For which I had taken bail from the court. When RCR case was in trail my wife had kept on saying she does not to come back and live with me. So the RCR case was converted to DIVORCE case using Amendment in Malkajiri court. Now she had agreed for Section 13 B Divorce by Mutual consent. But I had started Paying monthly 10000 from 18-10-2016 even before Divorce decree. And our DIVORCE Decree was done on 13-10-2017. Now, since 1 year I am meeting my kids every month along with my Ex wife. Now the section 324 case has started. If I confess in court do I have to pay penalty or get convicted to jail. Please help me.

the case has to be contested. that relates to heavy injury. the person has to take proper defense in that case. there are many apex court decisions on that please follow that to complete the case. there will be conviction if it is held as proved.
