Can I get a second bail from a civil court under the sections mentioned above..The first bail was disposed off during covid .

a civil court can not grant bail under aforesaid sections of IPC. however if your bail was rejected by the trial court you should apply in the high court against the order of the trial court if the bail was rejected by the magistrate court then you should apply for bail in the court of district judge.
