may be a year or two or more .. This is a Non-Bailable offense. In a bailable offense, the grant of bail is a matter of right. The right may be either given by a police officer who is in the custody of Accused or by the court holding discretion. The accused may be released on the execution of a “bail bond”, with or without sureties.

hi if the chargesheet then it would take atleast 1 year to begin the tral and it depnds on the number of accused and no of witness amd you could file quash petition to quash the chargesheetas it is based on all false allegations
