Rwa association member refused to give water to me

I live in Sangam vihar and there is no permanent water supply so we get water from government water tankers Delhi jal board but I got some little dispute with rwa association member of my area bcoz he sends area public name for tankers for us from jal board but after dispute he is doing dadagiri and not sends water tankers now to me even though he is just nrml rwa association member

getting water is right and no once can stop it for anyone you can Written complaint to local police and give written requests to jal bord office to include your name in the list. if problem still not resolved after complaint than you can register case agaist him.

you can book a water tanker on your own. file a formal complaint against this member in rwa. if no action is taken you can even approach the police. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me

Definitely you can take the action against the RWA and you can ask the norms paper of RWA. And also you can file the civil suit against RWA . And file the criminal complaint also against president of RWA and secretary of RWA

You should file an RTI regarding that matter and PIL also with the help of an advocate . In that situation you will hire an advocate as soon as possible regarding your matter then it will helps you in provide better consultancy and provide relief in your matter
