Hi, I have gone through your request however private hospitals doesn't come under the scope of RTI, the best solution would be to change your lawyer and file an application before the court to summon the documents and produce the same before the court. thank you

Dear Sir, You may file Discharge application if possible and see that you are discharged otherwise approach High Court if discharge application is rejected. You can file application under Section 91 of Cr.P.C and call for records from private hospital but you cannot file application under RTI Act as it is applicable to only Government Hospitals. If possible change your Advocate.
