Respondent got PR and stays abroad. How to send notice. How to to collect address from embassy. What you suggest to do? Court says to take steps within 15 days

what do you mean by PR? i mean property see in the sale deed what address mentioned in the sale you take steps to that address and if nothing returns no such person or other reason than take further step
