Respected Sir/Madam, I have been implicated in a Counter Blast POCSO Case U/s- 8 & 12 of the POCSO and 354 a, b & d of IPC. My Anticipatory Bail Petition has been rejected by the Hon'ble Sessions Court and the Hon'ble High Court and dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. nNow, I want to surrender and secure Regular Bail. nHow much time will it take to get Regular Bail in Jharkhand?

There is no fixed time period in such cases. Everything depends upon griviousness of allegations, available evidence, witnesses and investigation by police and submission of charge sheet. There after it will be the discretion of the court to grant bail to the accused after perusal of materials on record or to keep him behind the bar. It may be possible thay you may be kept behind bars till disposal of the case.
