Q: Want to give information to the police anonymously

I doubt a company, \nThey tell they will give official work, but they hire people from different states and train them for network marketing, \nAnd also charge 2000 money for their stay until they complete their 4-5 days seminar.\n\nThey give fake information and call them.\n\nI just wanted to inform the police, so police can enquiry and clear my doubt. \n\nCan I do that?

yes you can do that if there is any doubt about them cheating the people and also taking money from people on the pretext of giving job. you can get people who have been cheated and then file a criminal complaint or FIR

it means that the matter will be heard by the bench who has been assigned to hear the matter as per the Constitution of the bench. further the Constitution of bench changes from time to time and as such the matter may have been listed before a bench who has not been assigned to hear it

Q: Fraud committed by Employee by taking payment from customers

One of my employee took payments from customers into his personal account which was supposed to be deposited in company account. But the payment is not yet deposited and the employee is not responding to my calls. He is absconding from work.

First of all you send him a legal notice and take initiate proceedings against him as per the company policy. after this you can directly file an FIR for committing fraud and for duping the companythis will help you to get hold of him and your money

Hello, If you want to surrender and secure regular bail it will take around minimum of 2 months including civil court and High Court. if the court calls for Case diary in the case during hearing then around 3 months
