Respected Sir /Ma'am,nnIn FIR of 498A, 406, 34 against me, I.O called me 3-4 times in the police station and she denies serving notice under U/s. 41A of CRPC and asking for a bribe. when I denied she threaten me with arrest and adding 376 in FIR.nThen she said " 376 se kaise bachega beta". nnAs per the, I'm the accused, but she also threatened to make my whole family accused.nnPS - Mansarovar Park nI.O name - ASI Rekha Singh nnPlease

If any police office is asking bribe or threatening you to implicate in false case, then you may first get some evidences like audio or video recordings or chats etc ! Thenceforth you may move the complaint of that I/o to concerned SHO, ACP, DCP, vigilance department at The Vigilance Branch Police Complaints Authority Furthermore, you can hire expert advocate to draft your complaint and assist you! She must have already been bribed by the second party. And as far as section 376 is concerned it's incredients can't be matched with a married man. You can always apply for anticipatory bail if there's a fear that she might arrest you. And you should also file a petition u/s 9 HMA against your wife. If such is the case, then there is nothing to worry about as the police personnel will be prosecuted for the misuse of her powers vested upon her by the statute as well as the constitution. However, this will have to be brought before the court, but with all the evidence and proof that demonstrate the misuse of power by her to harass a responsible citizen.
