I am writing to request your legal assistance in registering a formal case related to serious and ongoing issues of cyber crime, privacy violations, and sustained harassment. First you collect all the documents of cyber crime harassment and survey lines or messages whatever you are having your phone screenshots, emails or any digital trace of harassments which you are facing now. Try to submit a written complaint to the Madhapur police station and a Cyberabad cyber crime cell . If the police have refused to take action against your harassment, immediately write an online complaint at (cyber crime gov. In). Take the acknowledgement copy of your online complaint. immediately contact the lawyer to send a legal notice. You have the right to approach the Court under the section 156 (3) of CrPC to direct the police to register an FIR. Unauthorized survey lines may also violate your constitutional Right to Privacy under the article 21 of the Constitution. IPC sections 354D, 506,509 will give protection under criminal intimidation insulting modesty. Take immediate action to protect your rights.
