Reply To Cheque Bounce Notice...

What will be the next procedure after receiving reply to 138 matter notice???........................

After receiving notice their is waiting period of 15 days in which you can pay the amount or after that the complainant can file case under sec 138 NI act. You can send your reply to the notice however even after reply the complainant can file case

As per your query If you have not received the amount from the concerned person You need to proceed and file the complaint within limitation as laid down in the law before the court having jurisdiction to dispose of the matter. Regards

Then if the opposite party is willing to pay you the outstanding amount which it owes, then you can rely on their negotiation & as such, can give them more time to make payment of your outstanding amount. If the opposite party denies you from making the payment as the message received by you in reply of Sec 138 Notice of N.I Act, then you can proceed with the filing of Cheque-Bouncing Case.
