Remove name in chargesheet after getting anticipatory bail from High C

FIR is Filled against One of my Relative under 420,467,468,120B There are three names in FIR Two members are compromised with the Complainer and get Anticipatory bail from High court. Third member is main victim of case they are not available/ Gum Shudaa Can IO remove the name in chargesheet of the two members who getting anticipatory bail from Chandigarh Highcourt?

Yes the io can remove the name of the two accused and can only chargesheet one remaining accused on the basis of the facts that nothing came in the investigation of which the two accused can be chargesheeted and also some other things that he can mention. yes io will removed your name but if in any case io did not temove your name then you have right to file a quashement petition in the high court on tha basis of the compromise then high court will consider your petition and your request
