Relative took loan and recovery agents harassing my wife

A relative has probably taken loan from some money lending app and somehow my wife’s number has reached them. Even after repeatedly telling these goons who act like recovery agents that we neither know nor care if some relative takes loan from them and neither should they call a woman to harass and threaten for someone else’s loan, they keep doing the same thing whole day. Wife has become really scared from all this and I want to know if we can do something about it.
Summary -
1) Relative took loan from some money lending app.
2) We have no knowledge of it.
3) We are neither guarantors nor witness or any other such thing.
4) Wife is being harassed by these so called recovery agents.
What can we do about it?
hello clients as in can see your issue is really a serious legal issue in this matter in this issue we need to take legal action so tht these goons get pinishments from the courts and these loan apps get totally ban as well as these loan providing business should be ban and all the owners of these loan apps should get arrested and get punish by court of law.

You must save these number n do their audio recordings …and forward the complaint to cyber cell or Delhi Police ..! These people will keep on calling bcoz they call from a call Center n they speak ready made sentences to every one. Better disconnect their calls n don’t utter a word ….block all 1000 calls & WhatsApp numbers ..’

If you were never a guarantor or witness in the loan process then you need not worry. You can send him a legal notice first and if he denies everything and continues their behaviour then you can forward the complaint in the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

the act of goons is illegal, and unwarranted. As per law goons should be put behind bar. such harassment is not permitted in law. wife can report the matter to local police and can get them booked for such illegal act of harassment.
