Respected sir Court bail is mandatory to be taken by furnishing a sound surety with requisite documents which will be kept as security by the Hon'ble Court and a robkar will be issued in lieu of that, the original will be released upon decision of the case. For detailed discussion you may consult me.

498a is cognizable n non-bailable offence, therefore police have powers to arrest you but in cases related to 498a police generally don’t arrest without the prior permission of concerned DCP. On the safer side I would recommend you to hire expert advocate n apply for anticipatory bail Thanks

Greetings, Since You have received the summons for appearance before the honourable court,You are duty bound to appear and seek regular bail with a surety of the like amount. Do engage a lawyer having expertise in matrimonial laws and seek bail. Yes once You seek a bail, next step would be arguments on charge
