Registerd mumbai based shopkeeper Sold refurbished laptop sayin as new

I am currently in banglore and I want to file a case starting from legal notice, against a mumbai based vendor shopkeeper of laptop who sold me a refurbished laptop as new. I have already sent multiple mails to shopkeeper , mumbai police for FIR with physical copy, consumer complaint and also tried calling. There has been no response from anywhere of the institute. The owner/ shopkeeper is not taking my calls. I need the whole procedure of filing a case refund or new laptop with compensation

Dear Sir, If you are ready to bear cost which may be more than the cost of laptop and also ready to bear minimum time of two to three years. Then you can issue a legal notice and then file a case in Consumer Court. Since you have issued multiple notices legal notice is not necessary and you can file Consumer case as party-in-person by way of uploading the complaint as well as by submitting hard copy to the Consumer Court.

Hello, as the issues stated by you regarding the purchase of new laptop and you have been cheated by the shopkeeper so in this case this amount to deficiency of services by the vendor and the remedy is consume case because this amount to deficiency of services so you can seek your product price along with compensation for harassment.
