Regarding the consultation for FIR filling

Last year I purchased the three courses online but all are fraud when I tried to contact them they blocked my number and not answering me so I want to register legal case on them but not getting help by the police and I do not want to disclose this publicly

You need to file a written complaint with the nearest police station. It is better to draft the complaint with the help of an advocate. If police doesn't take action then you may file a complaint with Superintendent of police seeking directions to the concerned police station for registration of FIR

Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint under Sec 420 of the IPC, 1860 and get your complaint converted into a FIR by seeking the assistance of an Advocate. As your no got blocked by those selling online courses to you after receiving payment from your end, your case has become strong, considering, it reflects their fraudulent intent.
