Regarding reopening of case which was dismissed due to my absence
28-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I had an severe accident in 2017 due to which I was hospitalized for more than 1 year and till now I am continuing my medications.
I was not been able to get to courts yet I received summons from court due to medications.
Now I wish to know about possibility of reopening of case
yes it is possible you have to file restoration of case so if you need I will do it but you are not mentioned about case detailed so I need to when or was disposall it is important and you have to show the court to condonation of delay so if you need my help contact me thank you

case can be reopened by presenting new evidence which were missed during the 1st trial. It can also be reopened by showing some errors passed by the court through orders or judgment i.e. the error which were done by court.

It is not known whether you have filed MVC case claiming compensation by producing all your medical certificates and get examine medical officer to get huge compensation. It seems summons received by you are in criminal case and you must give strong evidence and contact all the witnesses in that criminal case.
