regarding Removing the name from Respondent

My Sister has filed an FIR of ipc 376 n2 on accused. the accused got anticipatory bail from bombay highcourt. he filed writ petition to quash the FIR in highcourt.So the case is running in Pune District and sessions court. also, on the Website of Bombay Highcourt when we search the case status her Name Appears in Respondent section which is public and thats our concern. how can we remove her name from there.

Well, you have to talk with the E Courts Software Management team to hide your Sister's name and keep her as anonymous for the sake of her Privacy being a Victim in Sec 376 Case. If they won't solve your problem, you have to get the directions for them from Bombay High Court.

You are the necessary party, court will issue notice to you and accordingly you can represent case by opposing for quashing of FIR in criminal writ petition. Also you can cancel the bail of the accused by availing the remedy of filling Application for cancellation of bail before the Hon’ble Court Thanks & Regards Adv. Abhinav Bhatkar
