Regarding non bailalbe warrant

Sir due to some miss guide of my court police am not attending the court from last one year now recently i known a non bailalbe warrant issued on me sir how can I get out from the problem sir

hi if the non bailable warrant is pending against you then you could file a petition to recall the warrant with saying that you did not get summons from the court and that the court police had misguided you in this matter

for non-bailable warrant first you approach to advocate and he file a bail or anticipatory bail on behalf of you and he will take bail from the court and after that you can attend court and advocate wi help in getting bail or anticipatory bail for you he file a bail or anticipatory bail in court and he will get it for u
