Regarding government job form fillup for competitive exams

one of my friend who has a criminal case pending in the court, will she be able to apply for government competitive exams? at the time of police verification, whether the current city will be verified or the old city?

she can apply for exams but has get her name cleared before appointment. all things will be verified. so no need to worry about that. you must submit all true documents. prepare for the exams and keep these out of your head
