Regarding false charges as the person wasn't involved

A Chargesheet has been filed and summons have been issued from the court The Chargesheet includes the.name of such people who were not present at the time of commission of offence. The police has exaggerated the FIR and included the names of innocents not being directly involved or present the then. Also the case is under IPC 148, 332, 353, 352 , 504 and 7 CLA. What can we do sir please guide.

when the names of such people have been added by the investigating officer and filed chargesheet against them who were not present at the time of occurrence of offense then you challenge the chargesheet as well as Summoning order before High Court.
