Regarding bail of accused number 3 under NDPS act as A1 got bail in hc

I want to know if the A3 can get bail if A1 got bail in high court for NDPS act.

okay I understand your questions so if you need anticipatory bail to A3 .A1 got bail at high court right I NDPS case right so it is possible you will try it in high court so if you need I will do it contact me thank you

In most circumstances we can get bail on the ground of parity showing that A 1 is already enlarged on bail. But the facts of the case also make a difference. Would need more details so that I can advice more appropriately.

Yes, A3 can get bail too only if the chargers were same on both of them i.e. A1 and A3... And based on such charges if the A1 have got bail then definitely A3 can get the bail to. but in case if A3 was charged under different sections then he cannot bail based on the other person's bail because of the sections charged on him.
