Regarding a false fir against me


10-Jul-2024 (In Criminal Law)
A case has been filed against me in 2022 in my college 3rd year but the police in FIR report and remand report didn’t even wrote my name properly now even though my name is not correct in FIR and Remand report I am being trailed by additional magistrate court? I have cleared my state pcs group 1 prelims? What are the chance that I might get relief from this case?

hi first need to see the contents of the FIR and the chargesheet and the copy of its contents and based on that you could file quash petition on the ground that you are not connected to the allegations of the case

go for quash petition in high court and get relief from this case if u r not accused and u have proof then you need not worry come and meet us and explain your case then we help you by filing a quash case and getting relief from these cases...
