Rape case after settlement marriage of both people but she not behave

Ek unmarried ladka aur ek married women me relationship chala ek sal tk. Phir ladka shadi karne wala tha dusri ladki ke sath to married women ne use force Kiya shadi ke liye usne nhi bola to uske against complaint file ki aur 376 lagayi. Badme 2 me settlement hua. Aur aurat ne phir pahle pati se divorce ka pritision dala. Aur divorce ke pahle hi us ladke se shadi karni without judgement pass. Aur phir bhi rape ka case return nhi le rahi. Judge ko 164 sec me bayan Diya tha. Ki shadi karle ye ladka mere se bus. But ab shadi ki phir bhi return nhi le rahi.To Mera sawal ye hai ki us ladke ne FIR scrach ke liye dalni chahiye?nAur agar usne us aurat ko expose Kiya ki es aurat ne dhokhe se sadi ki mere se without divorce to us ladko doshi manegi kya court.?????

In these circumstances you should file a petition before high court for quashing of FIR and charge sheet. She will have to accord her consent for the same and the proceedings may be closed with the orders of the high court.

Ladka Rape Case Quashing ke liye jaaye. Saath hi Saath usse me Divorce bhi leke dunga kyunki ladki ne shaadi Zor Zabardasti se ki thi, ladke ko Dara Dhamka kar, jhoota rape case dalke + usne without Divorce liye uss ladke se Dara dhamkake shaaadi ki jo ki gerkanooni hai.
