U can face a trial at court for this...and also u can file a application of accepting that u have played betting...if u accept then court should be punished u for some fine of 100 or 200 rs..if u accept then u have not face trial in this matter..

there is nothing to worry about,,,having been convicted of an offence punishable under section 3 or section 4 of this Act shall be guilty of 3month or 200 rs fine or both... depends on court...do contact for further discussion

The maximum punishment under Section 3/4 of RPGO is 6 months. Betting is not mandatory (essential ingredient) to constitute an offence and mere presence in the common gaming house is sufficient. You should take steps to quash the charges against you.
