15-Jun-2026 (In Criminal Law)

In the act section which sections I have to mention?
You may file a complaint before the Magistrate; however, a complaint for non-registration of FIR and a criminal defamation complaint are generally distinct proceedings and may require separate pleadings depending on the facts. For non-registration of FIR, mention your prior complaints to police and seek appropriate directions. For defamation, clearly state the defamatory statements, publication, witnesses, and supporting evidence. The applicable provisions and filing format depend on the specific facts, jurisdiction, and nature of allegations. A detailed legal review is advisable before e-filing.
one application cannot be filed for both things. you have to file different because the relief in both is different. also it is my professional advice you should hire an advocate for filing as this does not seem to be a simple case. once magistrate dismisses your application it will not be easy to get relief from higher courts. Please be sure if you want to take that chance.
Hi, you have 1 fresh application and 1 criminal complaint to file. To file your application you can file under miscellaneous category in which you may file under transfer of case or return of propert but that dosn't matter you can select either of option. But please be carefull while selection of P.S. And your complaint have to be file under section 223 of BNSS in which complainant can file complaint to Magistrate in non cognizable offences.
