Bank generally freeze bank acount on the basis of direction of police, cyber crime. You may received the mail of freezing of your bank account. If the bank account got freeze on direction of Delhi Police then you account will de freeze on the basis or order of Magistrate of approptiate police station. And if account got freeze on the direction of police of another state then you have to approach before Delhi High Court.

Q: copies anrecords of quashed FIR case when non-party applies for copies

Can non-parties get records of the FIR quashing pleading and petition, if non-party applies under RTI or other inspection/copies route like going to court? Order is available on court website but not the petition. It's matrimonial FIR under Section 498A.

Hi, order sheets of matrimonial matter does not upload online by court for general public. Further you cannot apply for copy of pleadings in anyway. If you require then you can request the parties fof the copy of petition.

Q: Can I decline to be witness of extramarital affair

My friend marry another friend. She is also my friend and she do affair leading to divorce proceeding. Now my friend is forcing me to be witness in matter. He threaten to summon me. What ground can I use to be neutral.

Hi, if your friend issue summon through court than it will not harm you anyway. And if you want to avoid court proceeding then tell your friend if you receive summon through court then you will give statement against your friend.

Hi, koi bhi vyakti aapse job lagwane ke naam par aapse paise nahi le sakta. Aap 1930 par call karke apni complaint darj kara sakte hai or jitna jaldi ho sake complaint kar do. Aap jitna late karenge utna aapke paise refund hone ke chances kum ho jayenge.

Q: Question regarding rules for filing of new case in JMFC

A single application can be file to Magistrate for non registration of FIR & Defamation criminal complaint??And I have a litigant account on e-filing portal. So pls guide me to how to file new case from that portal? Pls tell explain all terms and details I have to mention there. In the act section which sections I have to mention?

Hi, you have 1 fresh application and 1 criminal complaint to file. To file your application you can file under miscellaneous category in which you may file under transfer of case or return of propert but that dosn't matter you can select either of option. But please be carefull while selection of P.S. And your complaint have to be file under section 223 of BNSS in which complainant can file complaint to Magistrate in non cognizable offences.
