Q: Affedevit for legal guardian at university of Delhi

Hello, can anyone inform me whether the affidavit for the legal guardian, required for university admission, must be signed in the presence of a notary, or if I can simply provide the stamped affidavit to my guardian and request their signature?

For any affidavit to be valid the guardian has to be present before notary with identification documents, if possible. You cannot circumvent law because of inconvenience, because later on it might be an issue and whole admission can be cancelled

Q: architect office in basement south delhi colony mcd area

my cousin owns gf/ff/2nd floor + terrace bought in different yrs from previous ownersthe basement is occupied by someone running an architect office, the cousin wants to redevelop and sell the house, no one will pay full price till he has full control incl basementbasement owner is asking an exorbitant price to sellquestion is whether or not the office is even legal to run in basement looking at current mcd sealing drive and various basement incidentscan he file a complaint with mcd ?

Merely running an architect's office from a basement is not automatically illegal. You can file a complaint with the MCD, but whether action will be taken depends on whether the basement use violates any regulations or rules. hire a good lawyer to consult.

Q: cc case 319 crpc detailed answer required interested answer

in ongoing 319 hearing, respondent are now claiming that they did not receive the revised petition. However, they have already filed a detailed counter addressing the contents of the petition.Rejoinder was also filed by petitioner after their counter...The Court docket dated 18.06.2026 records that the petitioner side was heard and the respondent side was heard in part. In these circumstances, does the respondents' present stand appear false and intended only to delay, how to respond to this ..

respondents cannot, at this advanced stage, seek to reopen the proceedings on the plea of non-service of the revised petition without explaining how they could file a detailed counter addressing its contents. Their objection is inconsistent with their own conduct and appears to be an afterthought intended only to delay the disposal of the proceedings.

Q: What is difference reject or deny of my application

My advocate suggest I file application to make defendant comply, but he say judge may not accept. I permit him to file application, but judge reject application. I tell him to seek revision, but he say he say judge not deny but reject application so revision or appeal not okay to do. Is my advocate advise correct.

without the proceeding section and application, I cannot conclusively say that your advocate is right or wrong. however, assuming he is correct and order cannot be challenged in revision or appeal, you can always file a writ petition against such order.

Q: Question regarding rules for filing of new case in JMFC

A single application can be file to Magistrate for non registration of FIR & Defamation criminal complaint??And I have a litigant account on e-filing portal. So pls guide me to how to file new case from that portal? Pls tell explain all terms and details I have to mention there. In the act section which sections I have to mention?

one application cannot be filed for both things. you have to file different because the relief in both is different. also it is my professional advice you should hire an advocate for filing as this does not seem to be a simple case. once magistrate dismisses your application it will not be easy to get relief from higher courts. Please be sure if you want to take that chance.
