Query regarding state criminal case

09-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I am accused in a criminal case and i have charged for section 147/323/307/452 IPC by the session court. This case is on the stage of prosecution evidence since two years but the complainant/pw1 is not coming in the court for the testimony. multiple times Summons and bailable warrants have been served upon her and multiple times the councel of complainant have taken adjournment on which the learned court have imposed fine on that adjournment. after how much time the trial court can close the evidence of the case if the complainant still not come to the court for testimony?

Hello...
If the complainant is not coming for hearing...You have an option for quashing of the case and its proceedings...
As it will not get automatically quashed by itself by trial court...You need to get it done in High Court...Once it will be quashed you will be free from all liability...
For more information you can call/text me...
Thank You...

No your case is henious in nature so court naver decide the case without testimony of pw1 because pw1 play very important role in the case he may be the writer of FIR So in these conditions court always want to do presentation of the pw1.
If he is not coming in the court then court issued NBW against him
