Query regarding forensic expert statement

We want to know whether DNA report made by indian forensic genetics expert & international forensic genetics expert have same value in eyes of law or not ? We all know science is 100% based on fact . But if still discrepancy arises , court will rely on whom ? ... Indian or foreign DNA expert ? Thank you

basic duty of court is two identify which one is to add judicate the matter which is pending before this court if the foreign department or Institute gifts better answer of quotes finding then they will considered that but der has to be some lakuna just like corruption aur tempering the evidence aur chain of custody would be broken by any of the matter exactra then benefit of doubt will give to the aur Court Vil most of time Reliance upon Indian Institute primary is it not mentioned anywhere they will lie also in foreign Institute .
