Query regarding changing lawyer mid case

I have got anticipatory bail for a 307 case, and i'm waiting for the summon.Can i change the lawyer at this time(i have already paid his fees).

1. you can change the advocate according to your wish and person of your choice. 2. you can change the Advocate at any stage of your case and you can change as many advocates as you want. 3.you have the right to collect the fees paid to the Advocate

Changing Advocates in any case at any stage is the right of cliyand no lawyer will deny to provide you NOC VAKALAT. Only thing is that you need to clear all fee before that. And you can consult any other advocate for your trial and there is no impedance in in.
