Can a magistrate stop the proceeding of a case of 323/504/506 IPC under 258 crpc.

this offence depends upon whether compoundable offence yes the magistrate trade can issue a order to stop the proceeding under 258 crpc you have to always see the type of offence so please see the crpc table

Yes the magistrate has the power to stop the proceeding under section 258 crpc but it depends upon certain conditions to do so and have to record the reason also for doing so now it's not possible here to explain everything
