Quashing petitions single or petitioner wise?

02-Aug-2024 (In Criminal Law)
Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to know with regards to quashing petitions, should they be filed as a whole for all petitioners and relief be sought from the HC? As we were suggested, that petitioner wise quashing would be easier and feasible. Hence, would like to seek your advice which option would be better and less time consuming and result oriented.

Well, if you are talking to quash FIR, then High Court has the power to quash FIR, not the Sessions Court. Well, the Quashing Petition can cover all the Petitioners who would like to get the FIR quashed against them.
