QUASHING OF FIR pending against ME

My wife filed a false case against me in the District court for domestic violence. The case has no merits all-together. My family has also been implicated in the case and I am in a lot of distress. I need the C/S to b Quashed. Please Help!

dear client as per your query since false case is filed against you and your family so you can apply for quashing of the case so that the case gets over what is the stage of the case has summon been served..

Need to know in detail the actual story behind your wife to file a domestic violence case against you. At the same time, I need to check the case details before I comment on quashing which if goes the other way, might charge you with a huge penalty.
