Quashing of FIR even police file the chargesheet

Documents required for quashing petition under 482 crpc of FIR when chargesheet filed by police and discharge application rejected by CJM and session court . Also suggest that next date fixed for framing of charge in CJM court . Shall CJM court framed charge against accused while accused try to file quashing petition in high court .or after framed of charge should be file quashing petition.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if chargesheet has been filed then you have to apply for bail then the certified copy of rejection order and chargesheet is needed along with the case diary for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

if you file a in high court for quashing your FIR than all the other proceedings in the lower court are stopped till the order of the high Court will come so it is good option for you that you file case before next date
