Quashing of fir 498A which filed against me

Do I need bail in the lower court as I want to go for quashing of 498a and expedite trial. Is it necessary to get bail or I can go for quashing and expedite trial without it in high court in allahabad. How much time it ll take. Or can we ask for quashing and expedite trial in one petition. Or

dear client as per your query as it's not elaborate I can only suggest that if you have received notice from the court and the allegations made are frivolous and fake and you have strong evidence do give a proper detailed parawise reply to that yes you can go for quashing of FIR if you really want to reconcile through meditation centre as here you can have best trained mediators for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Dear Client, In that case, you should file quashing of Charge Sheet herein Court may stay your lower court case and then no need go for bail before lower your its an option in your case else didn't need to expedite your case.
