Quashing of DV when 498A has been Quashed

29-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Ex-Parte Decree of Divorce won by me on 24.04.2017. Cruelty on Ex-Husband proven. Deliberate and willful desertion proven. I and my parents have won the 498A, 406, 34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the DP Act on 27.04.2023 through Cr.P.C. 482 Quashing by the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court. How to Quash DV filed by the Ex-Wife using the same false allegations?

DV needs to be contested in the district court where the case has been filed. Since you have won 498A, so pressure could be given in the district court to dismiss the matter provided we have sufficient proof to prove in the court of law.
