Quashing of 498A, Section 3 & 4 DPA filed by my wife.

25-Mar-2024 (In Criminal Law)
My wife has left her matrimonial in Nov'23. She came to home on Dec'23 with her parents and other unknown persons for packing her luggage. 2 days later she had filed a complaint at her parental home. In FIR, she clearly stated after leaving matrimonial home she started staying in hostel near her office. Both are different districts. As she has filed a false case against me and my family members in a place where nothing has happened, not even a phone call. Can it be quashed under jurisdiction?
