Quashing Matter Of Dowry / FIR

my inlaws have applied for quashing in the high court ,from last 2 dayes they are adjouring . The high court has asked them to verify for the chargesheet has been submitted or not they never reply for the same instead its getting adjour. Pls let me know is there any alternative which can help me to proceed for the case ,as the case is on hold in my city And wat other alternative can be done in high court .

Dear Client, Are you pursuing your matter before the High Court and further the direction of the High Court are specifically on the submission of the chargesheet. So in case you want to proceed ahead in the matter do verify the same at your end. Regards

dear client as per your query if the court has asked for instructions if the chargesheet has been filed or not it's because if has been filed and charge has been frame then the culprit will have to seek for bail and you can strongly oppose that bail for further details do contact us.

quashing at the stage of before filing chargesheet is different then quashing after filing chargesheet therefore court wants to enquire it as far as question of remedy available with you it can only be adjudged after reading or studying your case file, at which stage your case is going on or what are the facts and circumstances.

You need to argue the matter at high court. If there are prima facie evidence to the malafides of your inlaws then it should be argued in detail before the High court and make the quashing dismissed. Please feel free to reach out for any further assistance
