on the above mentioned query please note down that 498 IPC and 406 IPC for dowry prohibition act and criminal breach of trust . in section 41 a CRPC is the general process of Investigation . in 41 a CRPC you can called by the police for statement .
for your question the answer is that the FIR queshing filed before the filing of chargesheet in the Honable High Court. please clear that the complaint under section 156 (3 ) filed aur FIR filed by your wife .

You can simply move to high court for quashing and if you have adequate evidence and proof against your wife you can snatch the quashing order easily or you may also get any partial order.
