Dear Sir, Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code you may approach High Court and produce Marriage Certificate or Marriage Wedding Card etc and get quashing orders. Otherwise you may approach the concerned Police Station and ask them to file B Report in respect of developed favorable circumstances.
