dear client as per your query since as your quashing of the case is rejected you need to apply again no need of appearance in court your advocate will appear in behalf of you but when the court orders for appearance you need to appear before the court

I'm not sure whom you have appointed who does not appear in court during your matter. Anyways, a fresh petition needs to be filed to fight out the case. However, before that, all details regarding the case need to be studied before appearing in the High Court.

dear client, you may approach court again but I can guide you in a better way if you can show me the last order or share the CRM number of the case with me so that I can see all the interim orders too.. contact me for further clarification
