We live outside india and can we file a quash from outside india Quash for fIR against BNS 85 which is allegedly a fraud case.

yes you can , is the chargesheet filed and when was FIR filed? ,there is a procedure to give SPA to a person in India so that he (father or mother or any other can attend or represent on behalf of you so that the case can be quashed in high court

Yes. You can file quash from outside India. In a quash petition only Vakalat is required from client, which can be mailed through post after due notary from foreign local attorney. However all the certified copies of the documents are required. So be advised to take all certified copies of documents through a GPA holder or any other family member.
