Dear Sir,nWhen I was drunken I have did masturbation in open window at day time and it is video taken by neighbor lady and now they are sharing the video to public and making me to disappoint and telling in public she is file a complaint and it is all happening around at my home still no one come and asked anything for me and not yet filed a complaint the masturbation incident is happened while 3 months ago what I have to do now when I asked that lady she is saying no I have not taken any vide

Dear Sir, You need not worry about that ugly incident. You just ignore the said incident until she lodge complaint. First thing is she cannot lodge complaint because she herself shy of taking video of such incident. Secondly it invites only petty offence. If she uploads on any website or social network then it will be a offence for which you can get issue a legal notice and file a defamation case. Please take further guidance in my office.
