Provisions of CrPC when one pleads guilty and others dont andjudgement

3 individuals committed theft. Case filed. During the proceedings, 1 pleads guilty. How will this case proceed? What does CrPc guide in such case? Any judgements pertaining to such cases?

no need to worry accomplice witness is no witness is the law so it's binding on that person only who plead guilty it not effects on you so be calm and proceed in your case a good lawyer is need to you a very crucial eyes needs on every single proceeding and ask to your advocate to be cautious because judge is decided his opinion

stating the background of the case, grounds under which one of the accused persons pleaded guilty & as such, what the court has decided on such guilt of an accused.

Whereas for the two other accused persons, the case will go on & on, as they have not pleaded guilty, so the trial against them would continue, where both the parties, the Prosecutor & the Advocate defending the accused have to produce evidences in the favor of their parties. Evidences of that concerned party which is found to be reliable & true will win the case.
