We filed fir u/s 323,504,506,354,341 and police filed chargesheet on 504 looks like cognizance is taken by magistrate at what stage we can file protest petition to get the sections added

If you are not satisfied with the chargesheet that was filed by the police against the accused and the chargesheet is already submitted before the court then you can anytime file the protest petition before the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you can file the protest petition on the first date itself. you can send the magistrate the copy of FIR so that the chargesheet can be improved. Kindly ask your learned advocate to go forward and apply for the protest petitiob

When the police file a charge sheet and you believe that it is incomplete or wrong you can file a protest petition . Lawyer will file the protest petition on behalf of you in which you can request to magistrate
