Property frodulent, cheating matter

1-If property is the name of other person in Haryana and a company sold this property by khata no. and property was sold on un ragistered agreement only by sign not noterze and realtech company was ragistered by mca in delhi gave the slip of amount which is paid him.company has been closed getting money in delhi.Where FIR may be lodge DELHI OR HARIYANA.Delhi police denied to Lodge Fir becouse of the land is in haryana.is it right.Please kindly reply hoping your favorable response.

In the case of immovable property, the FIR/ case has to be registered where the concerned property is situated, accordingly, the jurisdictional functionaries shall take action on your cause. Provided the actual owner submits all relevant documents/ information to the authorities.

case or fir can ve filed only in delhi where company is registered with MCA or where office or any branch office of company is situated. the plea of Delhi police is incorrect and is not sustainable. you can file complaint case at Delhi beside other petitions.
