Promised of selling land And took money from me that is recorded

Hello sir
I was cheated by someone that he promised me selling of his land to me. I took 5lakh from me. I have court bond on which everything is noted.
Nothing to worry. Just get issue a legal notice and file a suit against him for specific Performance and get stay order. He cannot sell it to any body except you. It will take some time but definately you will succeed. You preserve the document safely and receipt having paid the amount.

hello please proceed with filing FIR in the police station or please go ahead with filing a PCR in the magistrate court so that a criminal case will be filed and he will be arrested. Later on you can also file a civil suit for the recovery of your money. Please call me to help you in a better way...
