Promise to marriage and cheating physical relationship

I am a muslim girl and my partner is also. I want to know if he promised me to marry and do physical relationship, and after that i came to know that he was already married can i file a complaint again

In your case you must first of all file a complaint in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR against him under section 376. And if the police officials fail to register the same then file a petition under section 156(3) before the magistrate in the court of law. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes its a clear cut case of deception and cheating. You can engage lawyer and have a police complaint drafted. Since he had physical relationship with you with a false promise to marry, Section376 will be attracted.

making physical relationship after false promise to marry is a criminal offence of cheating and rape. you can file a complaint with the nearest police station and subsequently a complaint in the concerned Court against the boy. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
